Above and beyond. I placed an order online on and entered the incorrect delivery address. Also, that day internet was down. Once I was able to reach the store, they were kind enough to go back to the incorrect address and redeliver to the correct address the next day. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Thank you Ribbons & Roses. I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my mom. I put in the special instructions “no lilys” as my mom is allergic. The bouquet that was delivered came with 5 lilys so my mom call the store front. They came back out an delivered an upgraded bouquet and took the one containing lilys back! Thank you for making it right!

The bouquet came out beautiful! Although the colors weren't the same as the picture, more mauve pink colors than bright pink, it still came out wonderful and my mom was very happy to receive them for her birthday.
