Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

First off, The flowers were amazing! My wife really liked the arrangement. Even when they ran out of the colored roses they called and made sure it was ok to use another flower type to replace it with. Then, after one of their employees had to leave on a medical emergency, they still made sure to take care of their customers. I was seriously impressed with their dedication to customer service and quality of work. I hope everyone is ok and thank you for the amazing flower arrangement. Jared Dunlop

Ordered a dozen roses for my sister-in-law online as I live 100 miles away. The entire process was simple. She received the flowers on time and even got the card correct. I would definitely use Ribbons & Rose's again.
